We have completed an activity about household chores.
Individually, in pairs or in groups of three they had to complete some sentences about what people do in their jobs.
Here you can see the verbs: sew, interview, repair, drive, design, deliver...
The jobs: nurse, journalist, architect, receptionist, mechanic...
And other vocabulary: hair, hospital, film, photo, phone call...
(Then we have done an activity to match the pictures with the sentences. Such as: do the laundry, make the bed, sweep the floor...)
Then (only with one group) we had time to play a game:
They chose a sentence from the previous activity and then they had to express themselves with mime.
The others had to guess it!
